This is a story of Laxmi Bai a women from Niruar Region in Madhya Pradesh. Basically the climate of this region is Warm & cozy. There is scarcity of water and irrigation facilities are poor in summer season. Resources during this period are poor and become a main problem for farmers and labors. Hence, Laxmi Bai and her family decided to migrate from their village (Rural) to Indore (urban city) in central India which is well-known for its infrastructure & industrial developments. Laxmi Bai and her husband started working in Construction Company to earn livelihood. Because they had no home for residing, no domestic facilities, etc. Therefore after struggling for more than two months, they move back to their village and started working in traditional farms. This was the same story of all landless labors of different villages but fortunately next year a team of social entrepreneur Gramin India Agri Business came to their places and started Neem Fruit collection and paid a handsome amount for their work. In this way all the labours started earning extra wages for collecting Neem Fruits. Further, in order to improve the pathetic conditions of labors and farmers present in the village, the team of Gramin India organized several seminars and workshops. With the help of various educational programs, the development of the village hastened. The families of Nimar's Landless labors and poor farmers are happy and could easily cope up with their livelihood problems in summer period.
